Payment and delivery

Payment

The current operational payment method at Kingdom of Coffee is Oman Arab Bank (OAB). This method may change or other authorized methods may be added; the method displayed on the payment and order confirmation page will be the reference.

• Do not send full card details, passwords, or verification codes via WhatsApp or email.
• An order is not considered paid until the payment provider confirms the success of the transaction.
• Any deposit or payment related to a detailed request must be stated before the agreement is finalized and without prejudice to legal rights.

Delivery

Delivery fees, destination, carrier, and estimated delivery time are displayed before completion where the system allows. The customer must enter a valid address and phone number and respond to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and do not supersede any expressly agreed-upon binding dates.

Special rules for this store

• The evaluation takes into account the distinction between food products and devices: food suitability and packaging safety on the one hand, and device safety, accessories and warranty on the other.
